The 2025 AAC Annual Conference is on Friday, 30 May 2025 at The Star Event Centre, Pyrmont
What is included in the registration fees?
MAIN CONFERENCE - In person OR online
1. In person - includes access to main conference sessions, exhibitor display, social networking function, meals and refreshments for the day
2. Online - includes online access to main conference sessions and recording
WORKSHOPS - can only attend ONE workshop
1. Class 1 & 10 - in person OR online
2. Class 2-9 - in person only
3. Strata & subdivision - in person only
** Main Conference and Workshop require separate registrations **
How do I register for the event?
To register, simply click the Registration button on the top right of your screen. For mobile, the Registration button is located on the top right drop down. Please check the terms and conditions of attendance before registering.
I can't attend in-person, can I change to online?
Yes, you can. Please contact the AAC Office on 1300 735 935 or conference@aacertifiers.com.au
Can I change my registration from online to in-person?
Yes, you can. The difference between online and in-person fee will be charged to you. Please contact the AAC Office on 1300 735 935 or conference@aacertifiers.com.au
I can no longer attend, how do I cancel and get a refund?
Here is the Conference cancellation details
- All cancellations are to be in writing hello@aacertifiers.com.au
- Full amount will be refunded when registration is cancelled up to seven (7) working days prior to conference
- If no cancellation notice is received or cancellation is made less than seven (7) working days prior to conference, no refund will be provided without a doctor's certificate
- Transfer or substitution of registration is accepted however charges may apply (contact AAC office for details)
Can I attend a specific session?
Yes, you can, however we recommend you attend all sessions to get the latest industry updates and receive your full CPD points.
Will the conference be recorded or streamed live?
Yes, the conference will recorded and streamed live.
Is this a hybrid conference?
Yes
I may arrive late or leave early, will I still get the full 6 CPD points?
We encourage you to include the Conference date in your diary to ensure a full day attendance. However, we understand an emergency can happen. Please email conference@aacertifiers.com.au to inform us asap.
When do I get my CPD Certificate?
Your certificate of attendance will be issued within 10 working days post event. Certificates will not be issued unless registration fee is paid.
I have special dietary requirements, who can I contact?
If you forgot to select dietary requirements in the registration form, send an email to conference@aacertifiers.com.au asap.
Do I need to attend the Social Networking function?
No, you don’t but we encourage you to stay to network with your peers.
Where can I park?
The Star Sydney car park is accessible via the Main Entrance on 55 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont 2009
Special parking rate - $25 full day. Collect your Follow-on ticket from the conference registration desk.
HOW TO VALIDATE:
- Please enter The Star Sydney car park and park your car normally
- Please keep the parking ticket with you
- Once you are given a Follow-on Ticket, please head to a paying station (located next to Car Park Lifts on each parking level & Ground Floor)
- Please insert original parking ticket into the machine first, then insert the Follow-on Ticket
- The price will automatically change to $25.00
- Once paid, please proceed to exit the car park
Important note:
- The Follow-on Ticket is only valid on the event day
- Each ticket is single use only
- Please ensure to validate the ticket at paying station, before going back to your car
How do I download the conference app?
The app will be available to download one week before the event. We will send you an email with details.
